The Conception of the Human Being
Every educational approach rests, whether explicitly or not, on a certain conception of the human being. Even before defining objectives, methods or programmes, a fundamental question arises:
What is a human being?
The answer given to this question determines everything else.
OSE is built on a simple conviction:
Human beings are not only called to live, but to exist.
To live is a necessity.
To exist is a personal choice and a conquest.
LIVE
We live because we were born.

True education consists in accompanying each person in discovering themselves and building their own existence.
EXIST
We exist when we become the authors and actors of our own life.
Every human being carries within them potential that only asks to be revealed.
Sport according to OSE
Sport becomes far more than a physical activity or a competition.
Thus, OSE's aim is not only to help young people succeed in life.It is to help them succeed at life.
True success is not measured only by what one possesses, achieves or the position one holds. It is measured by the quality of the existence one builds, the bonds one weaves, the faithfulness to what moves us deeply, and the contribution we bring to the world.

It is this vision of the human being that inspires the whole of the OSE project.
It is the root from which all other foundations proceed.
