”In gymnastic sports, when a competitor invents a new move, it bears their name. I chose to apply the same principle to my work.
Whenever a young person brings a universal principle to light, I name that discovery after them, as a mark of recognition. This is how Pablo's Hopscotch, Éloïse's Frieze and Juju's 3 = 1 came into being.
These names do not refer to tools. They refer to universal laws discovered through a young person's lived experience. Juju's 3 = 1 is one of OSE's laws of growth.
It reminds us that a human endeavour does not grow through the simple addition of people, skills or resources.
It grows when a higher unity is born from several realities that place themselves at the service of a shared purpose.
This higher unity has its own identity and pursues its own purpose. In turn, it helps each of the realities that gave rise to it to grow.
Every human organisation that grows eventually faces the same question as an individual: “Am I remaining true to my purpose?”
Juju's 3 = 1 reminds us that true growth is not about becoming bigger, but about becoming more faithful to one's purpose.
The creation of an OSE Country is a direct application of this law.
Pioneers, OSE International and a country's culture do not remain three independent realities.
By coming together in service of OSE's purpose, they give rise to a new reality: OSE Country.
A committed community, carrying the momentum forward.
Principles, resources, guidance.

Faithful to its purpose, the organisation grows and bears fruit.
Everyone finds their rightful place in service of the shared purpose.
It appears when attention, action and situation become one.
When they come together, they allow a human endeavour to express its full fruitfulness.
To shape women and men capable of becoming fulfilled ambassadors, able to grow themselves and to help others grow in turn.
At OSE, this fruitfulness has a face: that of its ambassadors.
